Health/Safety/Environmental (HSE)/Quality Programs, Audits, Certificates and Reporting

BCS provides consulting, training and auditing services to help companies create, document and implement effective HSE and Quality programs. BCS can approach each program type individually or collectively as a total management system.

All critical components are addressed in HSE programs including management participation, employee involvement in safety and health decisions, worksite analysis to identify hazards, prevention and control measures and training. BCS works with companies to ensure that they are in compliance with OSHA's PSM Standard and EPA's Risk Management Program Rule and to realize the benefits of a comprehensive process safety and risk management program. In addition, our safety professionals are available to review and verify critical safety data including OSHA injury and illness incidence rates and Experience Modification Rates.

BCS also offers full document tracking and management services for company and employee HSE and Quality certificates, permits and programs including expiration tracking and electronic expiration notifications to suppliers and clients. BCS scans and uploads safety certificates and programs to an online database for easy and convenient access to these documents.
